RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

Due to the federal laws regarding health and sanitation all sales are final!! If there is an error or defect with your order please send an email to jadaeg.ceo@thedivinebeautyco.com within 3 days of receiving your order. If it is an item that can be exchanged, it must be in original packing and shipping packing with all tags included. If it is allowed that an exchange can take place you will be notified and please keep in mind that you will be responsible to cover the shipping fee.  Please allow up to 3 to 5 days to have the exchange to process.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order, you will be notified via email with your shipping information and tracking number. Your order will be shipped through USPS that will usually take up to 3 to 7 business days.
